Fixed A Regular Windows Crashing Issue
Faulty hardware casued the issue, so we replaced the hard drive, reinstalled WIndows and copied back all of the customers pictures, music and files.
Virus & Malware Removed
We collected the laptop with the infection within 4 hours of the customer reporting the issue. We charged a FIXED FEE for the virus removal work and returned the laptop to the customer - Clean.
Replaced Cracked Laptop Screen
Customer quoted a guide price over the phone first. Once accepted we replaced the damaged screen. We even performed a FREE HEALTH CHECK then returned the laptop fully working and optimised.
Slow Broadband Advice
A customer called to say they are unhappy with their broadband provideras they are slow and the non UK support line is painful. We gave independant advice and guided the customer through moving providers.
Antivirus Installation & First Scan
Remotely assessed and supplied and installed McAfee SaaS. This was done within the hour without the need to visit the customers home.
Setup Home Wireless Network
Wireless drops out quite often for no reason. Identified that the wireless channel used was casuing the problem so we changed this to fix the issue.
Printing Fault Resolved
A faulty toner has leaked. Cleaned the rollers and replaced the fuser unit. Tested and working ok.
