Using The Helpdesk System

All of our work requests are logged on a professional helpdesk system so we can control the work priorities and ensure that we are co-ordinated.

We give you access to this system so you can view the status of your job and even update it.  You can continue to logon to the helpdesk even after we have completed work on your job.

If you request more work then you can request this directly from the helpdesk, via mail, telephone or using the request form on this website.

All of your jobs will remain on the helpdesk indefinitely so if you log another job a year later you will still see all previous jobs.  If the same issue reoccurs you can use our notes to fix the issue yourself or ask us to do it for you.

Before You Can Login

You will need a login user name & password.
This will be given to you when we do the first job.

How To Login
  1. Click on the link on the left
  2. A new windows will open with a login page
  3. Enter your login email and password
  4. You will now be logged to the helpdesk
