We can take control of your computer using our Remote Support service, provided your computer has a working internet connection and your PC is in a suitable running state.
Our charges are based upon a fee for the issue assessment and any work undertaken during the first hour. Any work undertaken after one hour is charged at just £10 per 30 minutes of work time.
You will not be charged for any time were we are running some form of unattended job.
Example: Typically we may run a virus check which may take over 1 hour to run. We will leave this scan running, disconnect from your PC and reconnect 1 hour later You are not charged for this 1 hour - just for the time we work on your computer.

A friendly and fully experienced computer engineer will attend your home and undertake the work based upon the issue that you have logged with us.
We will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as we can and explain what we are doing in “plain English”.
In some cases problems cannot be resoled at your home, either because we need the resources only available in our workshop or because the cost of undertaking the work at your home will be excessive.
If parts are required to fix an issue or complete a job then we may need to return at a later stage.
